Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:
Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
In the same condition you received them
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Note: Because Heyday Tonic is a consumable, opened or used products are not returnable for safety and quality reasons.
How to Start a Return
Email info@heydaytonic.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.
If your return is approved, we’ll send:
A return authorization and instructions
A return shipping label (if applicable) and the return address
Items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@heydaytonic.com
if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used consumable products
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalized products (if applicable)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible). Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping & Fees
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
