This page outlines everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. From processing times to shipping rates, carriers, and returns — we’ve covered all the important details so you know exactly what to expect when ordering with us.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified via email if significant delays occur.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (USA Only)

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Standard Shipping: (5–7 business days): $4.99
Express Shipping: (2–3 business days): $9.99
Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal and state laws, we cannot ship to certain U.S. states. Orders placed from restricted locations will be immediately canceled for the following: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Louisiana, Rhode Island, Wisconsin; Florida, California, Illinois and Mississippi.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier is selected automatically at checkout based on delivery location, shipping speed, and availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You may track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

Heyday Tonic (HP Products LLC) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@heydaytonic.com or navigate to the Contact page, so we can help address the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. In general:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Holiday Closures

Our facilities are closed in observance of the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day & the following Friday
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

Orders placed during these times will be processed the next available business day.

Packaging & Discretion

We value your privacy. All orders are shipped in standard, discreet packaging with no mention of “Kratom” or “Kava” on the label.

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please take a photo and contact us immediately at info@heydaytonic.com

Cancellations

We cannot cancel orders once they are in transit. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team immediately after placing it.
